At the age of 12, I wanted to explore a larger world outside of my home country. Therefore, I decided to go on a journey, which was to attend a junior boarding school in the United States.

My decision to go on a journey at a very young age enabled me to experience diverse opportunities not only academically, but also in other parts of life. For example, I got the chance to play different sports, meet people from all over the world, and learned how to be an independent and responsible individual.

Today, my journey is still in progress. I continued my education in the United States and am currently majoring in Industrial Design (BFA) at the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD).

One of the main reasons I chose industrial design as a major was because I have always loved to make things, sharing with others and listening to their feedbacks. Furthermore, design acts as a universal language for me. In my opinion, people who speak different languages from different cultures are able to communicate and co-respond to designed products, systems, services and experiences without any barriers.

I strongly believe that design is about loving people and our world after all. Without the love for humanity, it is impossible to keep designing. My goal as a designer and a person is to keep loving our world and to create products or experiences that help the world to become a better place to live in the future.
